Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your footwear is in its original box, unworn, and within 30 days of purchase for full-priced items or 14 days for sale items.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and attach the generated shipping label before dropping it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
